Using excellent communication skills and a proactive approach, along with an emphasis on continuous improvement, I appreciate being able to work in a supportive environment where I can focus on contributing to positive and long lasting client relationships. Previous to joining RMR, for 16 years I worked in the Customer Service field providing service measurement and data reporting to organizations across the United States, focusing on improving the customer experience in their businesses. Outside of work I keep busy with my four children, and now five grandchildren as well. Having them at different stages of life keeps life interesting; I enjoy every minute with all of them.
